Build and ship a micro-SaaS in three hours
A developer used paid Replit to build and deploy a micro-SaaS to production in about 3 hours, with database, domain, hosting and monitoring handled.

- What they did
- Will Cheung, a technical hobbyist rather than an engineer, built Calendar Autobot on paid Replit. It turns emails and images into Google Calendar events, using Python, Flask, PostgreSQL, OpenAI, Google OAuth and Mailgun. One starter prompt, written with Google AI Studio, got the app about 70% done. Replit Agent then handled debugging from logs, refactoring, migrations and one-click deploy. He reviewed code and stepped in when it stalled.
- How it went
- He shipped in about three hours, a job he estimates would take 3–4 weeks solo. Email support went past the three hours. The agent looped on Google OAuth and Mailgun until he pasted in official docs.
- Worth knowing
- Add logging early so the agent can debug from it, turn off auto-publish to review big changes, and use a separate production database because Replit's production logging is limited.
Try it yourself with Replit Agent
I want to build and launch a small paid web tool that [what it does] for [target customer]. Build the core feature, set up the database and user login, and deploy it with a [custom domain or Replit domain]. Stop when the live site works end to end with a test account; pause and ask me before connecting payments or buying a domain.
