Draft and publish LinkedIn posts from voice notes
A bot learned the developer's voice, turned a voice note into a LinkedIn post and published it; the X bot stalled for lack of a token.
Done withGrok Bot
- What they did
- Debbie created a LinkedIn bot in Grok Bot and chose drafting posts in a style matching her existing ones. She signed into LinkedIn once on the bot's own computer, so it never saw her password. The bot pulled her recent posts to learn her voice. She dumped a messy voice note, reviewed the draft and told it to post.
- How it went
- The post went live after about a minute. LinkedIn wouldn't let her add a screenshot to a live post, so the bot put it in the first comment. The X bot stalled because it needed a bearer token.
- Worth knowing
- She used up most of her free trial in two days of experimenting, and the X bot needs a developer-portal bearer token, which she estimates at about ten minutes to set up.
Try it yourself with Grok Bot
Here are 5 of my past [LinkedIn posts or writing samples] so you can learn my voice. I'll send you a voice note about [topic]; turn it into a LinkedIn post that sounds like me, in under [200] words. Show me the draft and wait for my approval before publishing anything.
