Ctrl-T starts a new or old session using your existing accounts. Agents keep running in the background like tmux. The page says it organizes workspaces for you, but gives no detail on how.

- It runs on macOS, Linux and WSL. Pasting images over SSH needs Ghostty Nightly.

Help me set up a terminal workflow to run and monitor several coding agents at once in my project at [project path]. Create a separate git worktree for each of these tasks: [task 1], [task 2], [task 3], start an agent session in each, and give me a single script or tmux layout that shows which worktree each agent is working in and its current status. You're done when I can start the layout with one command and see all sessions side by side; pause and show me before deleting any worktree or branch.
