- What they did
- The author had tried for months to cancel two subscriptions, and Claude got close but stalled on the last step. He gave the same task to Grok Bot on his personal devices. It read years of email across two accounts, logged into systems, phoned a couple of providers using a bot that places calls from his number, and sent a few emails.
- How it went
- About ten minutes later both subscriptions were cancelled and refunded. The author doesn't give the refund amounts.
- Worth knowing
- He gave the agent access to all his personal data and calls that risky. Logins and 2FA still needed him at least once, and he says enterprise use is a different risk question.
