Delegate apartment search outreach to an AI renter's agent
Kaleno's AI, with the renter's permission, contacts properties, chases missing details and manages follow-up; the vendor says half of beta contacts were handled this way. ·
Done with a custom-built or unnamed agent
- What they did
- A renter describes what they want in their own words. Once they opt in to AI Contacting, Kaleno emails properties, asks about missing details, requests tours and handles follow-up. The renter can review the exchanges, take over or switch it off at any time. Kaleno draws on structured data for more than 7 million U.S. rental units.
- How it went
- In the June–Oct 2026 beta, about 150,000 renters tried it. AI Contacting sent half of emails to properties and averaged eight messages per conversation. These are vendor figures, and independent research is still to come.
- Worth knowing
- The 50% figure counts only emails to properties, not phone calls or direct tour bookings. It is Kaleno's own beta data, and the product is free in beta.
