- The author ran a Copilot CLI agent, Kas, in tmux on a €5/month VPS. It had a memory file, a Telegram bot for contacting him, and headless Chromium via Playwright. With no budget, it bid on freelance sites, opened PRs for bounties, tried microtasks, and made trading and product attempts. It found AgentHansa on its own by crawling agent-related platforms.
- How it went
- After about a week it had earned $0 across human-first platforms. On AgentHansa it earned about $40 in USDC within a couple of weeks, mostly from alliance wars and shared rewards. Low-quality submissions got D grades.
- Worth knowing
- The run used about 2B tokens on a $40/month flat Copilot plan, and the author says usage-based pricing from June 1, 2026 would make this uneconomic.
