Let an AI CEO run a small security scanner business
The poster gave an AI agent a security scanner business idea with three AI employees; at day 2 there was no revenue and a homepage outage.

- What they did
- The poster gave a Grok Bot agent called Angie one brief: build a security scanner for AI-built apps, with the poster acting as a “board” that approved spending, posts under his name, and logins only he could do. In about four hours, the agent researched competitors, chose a name, checked domain and trademark availability, built the site and scanner, set up Stripe, created branding and social accounts, then added three AI roles for growth, critique, and security research; the poster also spot-checked scan results and suggested using Google dorks for nightly prospecting scans.
- How it went
- By day 2, it had launched, repaired a 10-minute homepage outage, and changed the monetization so scans were free but fixes cost $29; revenue was still $0 and almost all scans were their own. Reported cash costs were about $10 for the domain and $5/month hosting, though the poster said it also ran on his existing $300/month Grok Bot plan.
- Worth knowing
- The biggest non-passive part was still human oversight and distribution; the poster said he spent more time editing videos about it than the AI spent building the product.
