Produce competitor research reports and build a landing page
A team ran a multi-source competitor research report and a working landing page build through Manus, logging output and fixes needed.
Done withManus
- What they did
- The team gave Manus two single prompts. One asked for a formatted report on five real project-management competitors, covering pricing, audience, features and user complaints from review sites. The other asked for a landing page for a fictional SaaS, with a working call-to-action button, built with the Web App Builder. They logged the time taken and the fixes needed for each.
- How it went
- The report took 8 minutes and worked well, but seat-minimum details were missing for 2 of 5 competitors. The landing page took 20 minutes with good design, but its form claimed an email was sent when none was.
- Worth knowing
- Credits burn unpredictably on complex runs and "high service load" errors occur, so test with synthetic data first and check that every interactive element really works.
Try it yourself with Manus
Research [number] competitors of [my company or product] using their websites, pricing pages, reviews and recent news. Produce a report covering positioning, pricing, strengths, weaknesses, and gaps I could exploit, with sources cited. Then build a working landing page for [my product] based on those findings, and list anything you couldn't verify or had to work around.
